Joe F. Livingston is a native Texan and devoted husband and father of four grown children, as well as a proud grandfather to eleven grandchildren. He takes great pride in living in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, where there is always an abundance of entertainment, sporting events, and outstanding dining opportunities to enjoy with family and friends.
Joe and his family are actively involved in their community through their church, youth organizations, and various local
activities. He is a 1975 graduate of Grand Prairie High School, a 1983 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, a graduate of CBU, a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute (GRI), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
Joe earned his Texas Real Estate Salesperson License in 1978 and his Texas Real Estate Broker License in 1981. In addition, he is licensed as a real estate instructor. He is a member of Inglewood Baptist Church, a Mason, and an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.
