Fuzzy Harmon
Almost 59 years of age, live on a 370 acre farm just south of Jefferson with my wife of 5 years. I have two wonderful step-children. I love to hunt, fish, shoot guns and ride four-wheelers. Graduated Marshall High School in 1976, went on on to get a two year degree in Real estate from Kilgore College in 1980. Was licensed as an agent in 1978 and in 1980 I became a Broker. I have always specialized in rural land sales. I have also helped clients with land title problems, undivided interest and access issues with landlocked tracts.I also worked as oil and gas landman for various oil and gas companies over the years. I use all tools at the county courthouse to find any and all information on various land title issues. I been a member of the Marshall Lions Club Since 1998 and was a longtime member and president of the Marshall Jaycees in 1984. I can give advice on what to do as a landowner with dealing with the appraisal districts.
