I did not have any sort of relationship with Kerry prior to the land purchase but throughout the process I built a trusting, almost friend-like, relationship with Kerry. Kerry was very knowledgeable about the property and the process and went out of his way on several occasions to ensure the success of the purchase. What I appreciated most about Kerry was his honesty and investment in making sure that all parties involved were well represented and satisfied with the experience. Kerry stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and I could not have asked for a better experience with a broker.
