Andrea Windom went well above and beyond in selling our home. She became a dear friend and worked hard for us. We trusted her implicitly and couldn't have made a better choice of realtor.
Consider ... we were already out of state. Before going live, She managed the painters, landscapers and pool mainteners at the house. Moreover, it was winter. She checked the house daily, dripping water if a hard freeze was expected and cleaning the pool between pool care visits.
We hit the weakest part of the year. Selling was tough. The house was empty so Andrea recommended some upgrades to improve the first look. Not only did she make some excellent recommendations, she purchased some very nice fixtures and then did the actual replacement. It looked so great. How is this not going totally above and beyond!
She hosted open houses almost weekly, solicited visiter feedback and followed up. During negotiation we found that Andrea had incredible intuition into the "real truth". This was critical.
