Hannah Horton is a sweetheart. She is just getting started in the business and is learning from a very experienced realtor, her mom.
Hannah worked very hard to help us find homes in this crazy real estate environment. Even when we would have a
list of homes lined up to visit and we would suddenly learn that 2-3 of them were already coming under contract, she would help us find new options. She did not try to push us up into a price point beyond the limit we set, which is very refreshing.
She is very outgoing and enthusiastic. Was never too tired or unwilling to go the extra mile, even as she was at the very end of her pregnancy. (She actually delivered her baby about a week before our closing....so she was VERY pregnant during our home search.)
Yet she never complained about the heat, the long days, the frustrations, etc. Since she is so new, she was always willing to discuss things with her colleagues and broker when she wasn't sure of the correct answer or proper procedure.
She has the proper temperament to be an excellent realtor. She's being trained well and is eager to learn more about the complex world of real estate. I'm very happy that we got to be her very first sale....
