The first time I met Mona Harmon was very professional yet still laid back and relaxed. She continued through the whole process just like she started, always positive, always to the point. She helped us dealing with contractors and making sure that all of the pieces were in place when they needed to be. I am thankful that we had Mona Harmon on our side through this process.
