Bill joined Nathan Grace after graduating from Texas Tech University where he attended the nationally ranked Rawls School of Business. Bill double majored in Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship along with a degree in Marketing. While at Texas Tech, his outgoing personality landed him a job with Amazon as a brand ambassador. Bill transfers his entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and hardworking nature into all aspects of his business including assisting his clients with all of their real estate needs. Bill is a life long resident of the DFW Metroplex and has always had a great interest in the real estate industry. Any texts, calls, or emails that were sent to Bill were replied to immediately, no matter what day or time it was. His' commitment to his clients is unparalleled. I will recommend Bill to my family, friends, or anyone else I know who is thinking about buying, selling or renting.
We didn't really know where to begin when we decided to move from a condo to a house. We had an idea of what we wanted life to look like for our next move. We knew we wanted a big back yard, a kitchen and living room built for entertaining, a fancy bathtub in the master bathroom, but we didn't know what other factors to consider for our first house. For instance, I drove past a house one day, looked it up and decided it was the home for us! But then Bill Clarkson explained that it was on a flood plane, and could potentially be really problematic.
Bill listened to us blabber about our fantasies for a home, and he came up with a list of incredible houses for us to look at. When we weren't sure what area of town would suit us best, he explained the personalities of the different Dallas neighborhoods. The man knows his city. Looking back we didn't really know what we were looking for, but Bill was able to see our vision, and he got us into a house that immediately felt like home, in a neighborhood that we can't get enough of. We couldn't be happier or more grateful.

To whom it may concern,
My fiance and I started working with Bill in the Spring of 2017. Throughout our long and sometimes strenuous home search, we looked at numerous houses and Bill provided professional advice based around our goals and not earning a quick commission. Bill was not trying putting undo pressure us into buying anything that we did not love and was very knowledgeable about the general home market and the neighborhoods in which we were looking.
In Spring of 2018, we finally found a house that we loved sent to us by Bill with not only and email but a personal text. Bill was available and accessible, we toured the house the first day it went on the market and had an offer in to the selling agent with Bill's help the same evening. This was a multiple offer situation and through Bills persistence we were able to beat out multiple other offers and get the home! This was the first home on which we submitted an offer and we love it. Closing was quick and smooth, Bill had numerous industry contacts and knowledge that helped us thought the inspection and closing process.
I would strongly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking to buy a home in or around the DFW area.
