Working with Bill Clarkson, you can't help but have overwhelming confidence and trust in him, as well as his process. Any texts, calls, or emails that were sent to Bill were replied to immediately, no matter what day or time it was. His' commitment to his clients is unparalleled. I will recommend Bill to my family, friends, or anyone else I know who is thinking about buying, selling or renting.
We didn't really know where to begin when we decided to move from a condo to a house. We had an idea of what we wanted life to look like for our next move. We knew we wanted a big back yard, a kitchen and living room built for entertaining, a fancy bathtub in the master bathroom, but we didn't know what other factors to consider for our first house. For instance, I drove past a house one day, looked it up and decided it was the home for us! But then Bill Clarkson explained that it was on a flood plane, and could potentially be really problematic.
Bill listened to us blabber about our fantasies for a home, and he came up with a list of incredible houses for us to look at. When we weren't sure what area of town would suit us best, he explained the personalities of the different Dallas neighborhoods. The man knows his city. Looking back we didn't really know what we were looking for, but Bill was able to see our vision, and he got us into a house that immediately felt like home, in a neighborhood that we can't get enough of. We couldn't be happier or more grateful.
