Eduardo kept in constant touch with us about leads, open houses, interest expressed by prospective buyers, etc. We always knew the status of interest in our property. He immediately scheduled an open house for the first weekend the house was on the market. As the offers came in, he was extremely helpful in helping us navigate through the process of accepting the offer that best suited our needs. We could not have asked for better attention.
We have used Eduardo to sell two of our homes and to purchase two homes. Believe me when I say that if he had not done things perfectly, we would not have used him more than once. I am an attorney and I would have immediately terminated any relationship with Eduardo if he did not perform at a top notch level.
