Buying a home is probably the biggest purchase my wife and I will ever make (hopefully :)), add on that it's our first time buying and there was definitely some anxiety when it came time to start looking for a home.
There are so many things to consider, and thus worry about. The home, the lender, the realtor--Is each one of these the right choice for me? Did I look over any tiny aspect that I'll regret later? What don't I know, that I don't know to ask for? (and a million other questions...)
I feel like if I didn't have Kathy, I would have had to use PTO for 30 days!
My wife and I always felt that Kathy had our best interests at heart, and provided us well thought out options before presenting them. We were very impressed.
What's more important to me is that Kathy was also never afraid to admit if she didn't know something for certain, and wanted to get a hold of an expert and find out. No one knows everything, and it says SO much more about a person if they say this up front and locate an accurate answer in a timely manner. This is just another reason why I had absolute confidence in Kathy.
Lastly, as a salesperson with 11 years experience, I took several notes out of Kathy's book on customer service. Something that you can't learn in a New Hire Powerpoint deck, you just have to experience it!

We were very appreciative of the business lines that were drawn out first before doing business with a friend. We found Kathy to be highly professional in the whole process while keeping our best interest aligned.
Being the 2nd time to buy a house for myself and the 1st time for my partner, Kathy did an exceptional job of catering to both of our needs. The home buying process feels stressful regardless how smooth it all went. Kathy really listened to all our concerns and gave us time to process with also kindly pushing us forward and getting us to our ultimate goal of buying a house together. She connected us with our lender which was able to help us tremendously since we were business owners and had to get creative in the lending process. Overall I highly recommend the home buying experience with Kathy!
We felt that Kathy went above and beyond especially with all the circumstances of buying a home during the height of COVID. She navigated what was thrown at her and us without a beat. If "Beyond Excellent" was an option in the Clear Communication survey it would be selected!
