Mrs. Bruszer’s knowledge of the market and the home buying process made purchasing our first home far more simple than many had lead us on to believe it would be. While it is still an emotional process thru the ups and downs, Mrs. Bruszer’s constant attitude of realistic optimism was encouraging to my wife and I every time we spoke or saw a house. She advised us extremely well, never pressured us one way or another, and gave us the space to make informed decisions on our way. From the first meeting with Mrs. Bruszer I never felt like I was making a decision that I wasn’t completely knowledgeable on, even though I was completely new to buying a home. I am truly thankful for Mrs. Bruszer’s knowledge of the market and real estate brought simplicity to something I previously knew nothing about.
