We relocated to the Dallas area from Michigan and had a pretty long list of requirements needed to be met. We wanted a house within a four mile commute from work, within one-two miles of our family, in a 10/10 school zone, without a pool, with great inspection, safe and nice neighborhood, open floor plan, gorgeous garden, fenced-in yard, near a walking trail, close to amenities like a water park, library, hospital, grocery store, etc.... omg the list goes on and on....
Liezl showed us 20 homes in about 30 days, walked us through three offers and was there with our keys in hand on the day of our closing with her incredibly positive nature!! To say she’s a godsend is an understatement. Liezl was more than our realtor, she truly felt like a friend by the end of our purchase. Century 21 wasn’t a company I chose by any means... I merely wrote online that I was interested in a house and in classic Liezl manner, proactive as ever, she was the first agent to respond and set us up with an online portal that made our search feel effortless.
