Sam did an awesome job selling my house. He was informative, knowledgeable, listened to what I was wanting when I sold my house, and very responsive. It was the best experience I've had selling a house. I've sold 8 houses in the past and none were as easy and smooth as Sam's selling expertise. One really important thing Sam did that I was so impressed with was his attention to details. He listens to what you say and works with you to make sure you are happy. He doesn't just sell your house he is helping you to get the best possible price and makes sure you are comfortable and happy with the process.
I was also impressed by his quick response time when I asked a question or needed to know something about the selling process he would respond quickly and not leave me hanging for days. I would highly recommend Sam....
