One of my biggest regrets about selling our house is that I personally never got to meet Alicia. My husband set up the selling of our house. However, I bugged her all the time with texts, emails and phone calls and she ALWAYS treated us with respect and was willing to help with every thing we asked her to do. Since we are now in Georgia, we were not able to monitor anything going on at our house. Alicia fixed sprinkler parts, replaced the battery in our elevator, swept our house a lot, sprayed bug spray, and sent us pictures of the landscaping and lake levels all the time. She made sure our house was cleared out for Salvation Army pickup. Basically she took care of everything.
