I am a previous real estate agent in another state so I am speaking from experience here. Samantha did an outstanding job from start to finish selling the house! She priced it well, worked through all the issues, was extremely responsive, and got it sold for a great price! It took longer just because of the market situation in The Resort at Eagle Mountain Lake but she got it done. She knows the Resort very well! She always went the extra mile to get the right answer, her advice and council was always spot on. Samantha is tops in the business! If she did not know the answer to a complex question, she consulted and found the right answer quickly instead of trying to snow it over. I've bought and sold many homes and She's absolutely the best Realtor i've ever worked with!
