Relocating from out-of-state, I only found Sarah Lyons because she was the listing agent for the 1st property I was interested in.
Towards the end of our phone conversation she listed her awards and credentials. I normally ignore these as sales talk... but this list was impressive, so I thought I would stick with her.
Sarah was unbelievably helpful with her local knowledge and just replying to my text messages so very quickly, wether it was a weekend, evening or late at night! She was even answering my questions while she was out of state herself visiting family!
Just her pro-active attitude made things move along much quicker and smoother.
My family an I have our dream home. It was not a straight forward sale but I must thank Sarah for making it happen!

Sarah Lyons was extremely helpful with the appraisal process. Our appraisal came in low and she was able to negotiate the contract so that we would not have to pay any more out of pocket. We were already thinking in advance about the additional out of pocket cost that we were going to have to pay to keep the home but then I got a message from Sarah that the seller was going to take the hit and lower the price!
Additionally, she was very helpful when it came to the home inspection.
