After retiring with 28 years of service from the public utility sector, Koweba received her real estate license in 2006. She has been a resident of Granbury since 1996 and is a native Texan. Having resided in Metro-Plex communities for years, Koweba has first-hand knowledge to assist incoming families with their real estate needs.
Koweba was elected to serve as a Director for the Granbury Association of Realtors in 2017. She was also voted Rookie of the Year in 2007.

Koweba worked very hard to make sure we found a house that suited us. She sent us a lot of listing to consider and was very encouraging when I was ready to give up. She is very personable and I was very comfortable with her. She is a joy.
She explained how the process worked and really helped me to understand the inspection, negotiating and the appraisal factors of buying a home, which was my main concern because I hadn't dealt with that before.
She was a delight in all aspects. She was very attentive to us in every way.
We only dealt with Koweba, she was on top of things so there was no need to deal with anyone else.
