Kristi Hiller
Kristi is a 3rd generation REALTOR®. She was born and raised in Oklahoma, growing up within a family of hardworking real estate entrepreneurs. Kristi started her journey in Real Estate in 2001 as an assistant for her Father and Mother. She did a little bit of everything from filing, computer input, delivering farming newsletters, putting out for sale and sold signs in seller's yards, changing sign riders. Her parents soon recognized Kristi's bubbly and outgoing personality, a gift for making people comfortable and her ability to follow through with her tasks, that she would make an excellent Buyer's Agent. Kristi then got her Oklahoma Real Estate license and she and her parents formed the Abraham Team of Coldwell Banker Select and were consistently awarded as Top Producers. The Abraham Team's philosophy of being up-to-date with informative knowledge, always be willing to listen and learn, upfront and honest with sellers and buyers, along with supporting vendors and staff along excellent follow-through is still Kristi's motto today. Instilled with these qualities and skills, Kristi believes that part of her success has been: (1) if you don't know the answer or are unsure, find out! (2) ?under promise and over deliver?! Shortly after Kristi's move to Texas, she obtained her Texas Real Estate License in 2007, and put her license with Century 21 Judge Fite, however, she continued to hold onto her Oklahoma real estate license. She continued to rely on the comfort of her Buyer Agents' experience for several years as a Top Producer she needed to work on getting Seller Listings too. Kristi has worked long and hard to get new listings, but still loves her buyers too, and thereby has increased her new and closed listings with buy and sell transactions and volume dollar sales to become one of Century 21 Judge Fite's Top Producers. She has earned many awards and professional designations along the way. She was also instrumental in creating a new Women's Realtor Association Chapter in Waxahachie. Just this past year Kristi earned CENTURION® status, the coveted and most prestigious award that can be presented to a Century 21 producer. Kristi is also involved in her community and a member of the Chamber of Commerce, she continues to be a member of WCR, active in charities such as Easter Seals of North Texas and others.

This is the third house I've purchased from Kristi Hiller. She is the only agent I would use to purchase a home. When you purchase a home, it is one of the biggest expenses you will ever buy. It doesn't make since to put up your biggest expense without having someone with the knowledge like Kristi to walk you through the process. I would recommend Kristi because she knows what she is doing and can make things happen in a timely manner with the upmost professionalism.
