At our first meeting, Nathalie came armed with data on home sales in our area. She explained the process to us and patiently and thoroughly answered our many questions. Nathalie walked through our house, room by room, and made suggestions as to what we could do to best prepare our house for sale. I have no idea how, but Nathalie ensured that our 12 year old daughter, who was understandably anxious about selling the house and moving, was involved and excited about her responsibilities. Now she has a friend for life! Nathalie spent hours staging the house herself. She provided furniture and decor that made a major difference in the look of the house. Nathalie is exceptionally talented - we had several people ask us who had done the staging. In addition to a photographer, Natalie arranged for drone shots of our property. As a result of the marketing she did prior to putting the house on the market, Nathalie already had four fairly seriously interested buyers before the house was listed! We had one open house and several other showings, with an offer (and ultimately a sale) in the first 3 days. Nathalie is very personable, hard-working, responsive, detail-oriented, and really looks out for the best interest of her clients.
