What I was most impressed with was Tonya's communication with the buyer's realtor/lender during the transaction process to help facilitate and ensure closing in a timely fashion. Her expertise truly showed time and time again as the realtor from our buyer was not an advocate for his clients, not knowledgeable in many of the home buying process, nor a good facilitator in any communications (it seemed).
I cannot praise her enough. It's almost sad my house sold--as I may have had just too much fun in this pain free home selling process!...
