Buying a our first home was very overwhelming, we didn't know what exactly we wanted or how to find it. Ardie listened and helped us understand our wants vs needs. She made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. She was so very open and friendly. We never felt rushed or pressured. She gave us space and time. Every question was met with truth and sensitivity. She was available for same day, night and weekend showings. She was on it immediately.
When it was time to bid she offered her advice and gave us confidence. She set us up with realistic expectations on that bid.
Once our bid was accepted her job didn't end. She helped guide us through every step to closing and made us feel like a team at closing.
We closed and it was time to move in and Ardie has continued to be a part of our team. Checking on us and reminding us of the our final needs.
