I emailed four different agencies. Alex and another agent contacted me as requested by phone. After careful consideration I chose Alex. I liked her attitude and her energy since the initial phone call.
Each and every time I called, even on
weekends Alex would answer or call back shortly. I also liked that if she did not know the answer she would find out what was needed and get me the answer. Never did she have a bad attitude. Alex was a pleasure to do business with and her energy and attitude towards my needs was excellent.
Did not have to deal with anyone else at Harvey Properties, but if they are all like Alex then I can understand why they are in business....
