We found ourselves looking at houses for sale in Paris without a realtor as the one we were supposed to meet with stopped communicating. We called a realtor phone number from a listing sale sign on a house we wanted to see and Nancy was working the office phones that day. Nancy gathered info on what we were looking for, our situation, our timeline, etc.. After doing some fast homework as we were only in town for 2 days, Nancy showed us several houses in our price range and location. We found her very knowledgeable, professional and a joy to spend time with. It was meant to be that we found Nancy and the perfect house!

My family decided to start a search for property in NorthEast Texas. Nancy Townes was the first realtor we talked to, and ended up being the ONLY realtor we needed. She was very helpful, quick with information, and thorough. With her help we were able to search over 5 counties for just the right piece of property and do it easily without wasting time or spending countless hours driving.
More than just exposing listings to us, Nancy provided in depth information on each listing and addressed specific issues that were key for us. As we worked together, she quickly adapted her search to match up with our needs and goals. We never had to go back a second time on our goals and needs and Nancy quickly filtered out properties she knew we wouldn't be interested in. What's more, once our search was complete and Nancy had found a great property for us, we engaged in a protracted purchasing experience that included a number of changes to the structure of the deal and time delays based on seller issues. During this period Nancy was on top of all the issues affecting the purchase and kept my family fully informed. Despite a 3+ month close process, we were always apprised of the current status and comfortable that our interests were being held high by Nancy.
Overall, working with Nancy was a very pleasurable experience for us and she helped us find a property that fits us completely. The best way we can sum up our experience with Nancy Townes is we will go to her FIRST the next time we want to purchase property. She is someone we trust with our time, money, and most of all, our confidence.
