I am very particular when selecting a realtor to work with and have worked with many over the years. Sherrie Holbert is one of, if not the best! Sherrie knows the area extremely well and she learns and knows her clients well and what is important to them. I sent her two properties that we wanted to see and she quickly booked appointments for us to see them but also said she wanted to show us another one that was not on our radar. We ended up buying the one she brought to the table even though it was one that we probably would not of even found without her due to the filters we were using.
