Randy took care of meeting inspectors. I live in Colorado and he did an excellent job meeting inspectors as required and making sure they had access to the property. He really went above and beyond to make the sale happen. He was so informative and reassuring after we received inspection report and had good ideas to overcome inspection objections. Roof was hail damaged and he had good information on dealing with insurance company to have roof replaced in time to close. I think Randy is a great agent!
