Coming in as a new customer in the house market and never experienced the house hunting process, Sara helped me walk through the process and explained every step along the way. The knowledge she shared with me made me feeling comfortable and competent enough to continue the house purchasing process. I really didn't think it would be possible for me to get the house I really wanted, but she found a way to make it work. She was right on top of most of the issues that came up and made it happen quickly and mostly painless. She did a great job and I will definitely recommend her in the future.

Listing came up at 3:00 PM. I clicked on speak to an agent on the listing. Sara called me with 30 seconds of clicking on speak to Agent on the listing. She met me at the at the house at 7 PM that day. She already had a contract prepared, first time we met and very personal and professional, she sent an offer as soon as we left (seller's realtor would not allow him to accept the offer he asked for). We had to wait for 2 other showings the next day. Seller accepted our offer and Sara was wonderful. She even had do to seller's Realtor's work getting their signatures multiple times. Had issues with my Mortgage company making us jump through dozens of hoops, delayed Appraisal, up to 2 hours before 3rd delayed closing, still needed more docs. Finally, Sara was there with us at the closing. She is "The Greatest Realtor in The World". Ask her to show you her sash to prove it. We loved Sara and would highly recommend her to anyone needing to do a home purchase or sale. She is amazing.
You have one in a million with Sara. She was our 4th realtor from the start of our search. The other three were worthless, couldn't get contracts out in days, couldn't meet us at the listings even when given 3 days notice and so on. None could hold a candle to Sara.
