Paul grew up on his family farm near Holland, Texas, and has been a lifelong resident of Bell County. He has been involved with farming, ranching, and rural agricultural real estate all his life and began his full-time efforts as a farmer and rancher in Central Texas in 1991. His interest in real estate came from that background, learning to evaluate production value versus price of properties leased and purchased for his farming and ranching operation. Paul began to develop a more detailed process as he started buying and selling properties solely as investments and income-producing property.
Paul earned his real estate license in 2006 and became a sales associate at CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett in Salado, Texas. He has experience representing builders and property developers throughout the platting and subdivision process, all the way to completed new construction sales. This has given him valuable experience dealing with surveyors, engineers, and county and city governments.
In the time Paul has been with CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett, he has worked hard to set himself apart as a go-to agent for land throughout Bell County and the surrounding area. The majority of his sales have been land sales and he continues to focus on this market. He is a member of the Realtors Land Institute and holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Obtaining the ALC designation requires the successful completion of a rigorous education program and a proven track record of transaction performance as a land sales professional.
