Savannah helped us get a great deal on our home and negotiated numerous items from the well done inspection to be addressed. Savannah also urged us to not overpay on another home we loved, but it was priced very high. She genuinely wanted us to get a home that checked all our boxes but did not want us to overspend from our budget, or for what homes were actually worth.
