Cindy Murray was highly recommended by our friends. Since we trust our friends me and my wife decided to go with her, and it was a wonderful decision . As soon as Cindy got an idea about what we were looking for she made the process of the buying an easy task. Cindy quickly understood what our demands were and was most helpful in our hunt for a home. She was Sending me houses all the time and most of them met our expectations and needs. We were first time buyers, but she also had a kind way of steering us in a wise direction, and patient in explaining the process. She is very respectful, courteous and professional. Cindy really knew what she was doing, we got excepted from the first offer we made although there were others who computed to get the property as well. She really gave us valuable advice on how to win the buying competition. All through the process Cindy was flexible with time, we visited homes during the weekend, and is available at all times. I never had any difficulties in reaching her either by phone or email. Cindy always answers my concerns, and she is very organized and gives detailed information about the houses. I would say that Cindy is excellent, professional, and most importantly she was never pushy. Cindy never disappointed us, during the final walk through she noticed that the previous owners didn't shampoo the carpet as they said, so she voluntarily did it for us on her own expens. She always wanted to satisfy us. The next time l will buy a house I will definitely choose Cindy, and if I am able to give more than five starts I will do without any hesitation.
Cindy really knew what she was doing. Since we were first time buyers she went through every single detail with us, and well explained the terms. Cindy was an excellent expertise and exactly knew what subdivision we were looking for. Cindy gave us a perfect explanation of the terms and conditions of the deposit which in our case was a $1000 and explained the conditions where we would loose it. She provided us with documents ahead and before requesting it. We did not know any inspectors, and she was able to provide us with an exceptional one who paid attention to every single detail. At the beginning we really had no clue about buying a house, but thanks to Cindy she made our dream come true.
