It went very smoothly after another home fell through. He spent 8 months helping me with the details of building a new home before it unexpectedly fell through ( no fault of Danny’s). After the disappointment of losing that home, he helped me find this one in less than a week. It’s actually a better house! Many realtors would have been frustrated, as I was, and given up. Not Danny! Once he takes you on as s client, he is committed!
I love Century 21 Northside but don’t like that they tack a $495 fee onto the commission for legal services. I think that should be optional. I already have an attorney. I don’t need to pay that fee. It should be optional.
