Deborah Bowman is a great family friend of ours. Aside from that she is also a really great realtor. She went above & beyond to help us with the sale of our home. Even personally helped us deep clean the house before taking pictures & listing it for sale! She was on top of everything every single day & didn’t stop until we sold! After selling, she went the extra mile to help us find the perfect builder & bank to get our construction loan. She made phone calls, appointments, did research, etc. just to make sure we got the best of the best! She helped us stay on top of the builder throughout the process to make sure nothing was missed, everything was done well & great quality as well! Deborah also helped us look over the draw numbers throughout the build process to make sure we weren’t being over charged for anything & that the numbers look good overall. She even noticed when one of the contractors purchased something that we shouldn’t of been charged for. She never missed a beat! When our construction was close to being done, she started making phone calls to get us the best lender & rate for our mortgage refinance. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from her! She is hands down the best & we love her!
