Liz Montoya was great to work with. I contacted her after seeing reviews on Angie's List. When I first spoke with Liz, I explained that I had recently stopped working with another realtor who had not been very responsive. During that call Liz guaranteed me that responsiveness (or lack there of) would never be an issue with her and it never was! Even though I called her on a Friday afternoon, she still fit me in the very next morning and within 24 hours of contacting her we were out looking for houses. Liz is very professional and easy to work with and was always a phone call away and very willing to answer all of my questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a highly qualified realtor to buy their next home.
