Sharon is the CEO and founder of HOME SUITE HOMES LLC, a mid-term rental business built on decades of experience and a deep passion for helping people in transition feel at home. I?ve been licensed Texas real estate agent since 1999, specializing in assisting buyers and sellers of single-family homes. With over 20 years nin multi-family property management, I?ve developed a strong foundation in tenant relations, operational efficiency, and maximizing property value for owners. I also proudly advocate for renter?s rights, particularly for tenant?s and the elderly, ensuring fair treatment and access to safety, and quality housing. My journey into mid-term rentals began long before it became a popular concept. In 1992, while living in Detroit, Michigan, I worked as an office administrator for a small firm known as ?fire chasers? - we supported homeowners recovering from fire damage by coordinating restoration projects. Through this experience, I witnessed firsthand how difficult it was for displaced families to find temporary housing that was affordable, pet-friendly, and comfortable. I saw an opportunity: why not offer fully furnished homes-complete with stocked kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, and private baths?for families working with insurance companies during repairs? This not only saved insurers money over extended hotel stays but also provided families with a sense of normalcy in a difficult time. That idea planted the seed for what Home Suite Homes is today.
