Susan and Hal worked tirelessly to get my house sold in a very difficult market due to the area of San Antonio, too many spec homes due to the number of builders and communities on the west side of San Antonio, and the desires of buyers to own a new home and not a resale. In addition, builders were offering loan incentives, option incentives and were building lower priced homes on remaining lots in the community. Susan and Hal also were instrumental in getting repairs made based on the home inspection as I was not in Town. I believe that my home was sold due to Susan and Hal's experience. This is based on other resale homes in the community ending up as rentals or taken off the market due to lack of a sale. They never gave up and were always very positive that the house would sell.
