Steve is the BEST!!! He is honest, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very experienced (after many, many years) with buying and selling real estate, so I know what I want and need. He listened to what I wanted to do, but made helpful suggestions that made everything even better! He was my agent to purchase a home (I was first looker and immediately said I wanted it) and I knew immediately that Steve would be the agent to list my current home for sale when I was ready to move. I had to do a major downsizing and although it took me a few months to complete the move and be ready to list it, Steve never pushed me to hurry up to take advantage of the "hot" market (which I appreciated because I was going as fast as I could). When we did hit the market, it was/is still pretty "hot", but I did not want to go "over the top" with the pricing. Steve respected my wishes. He encouraged me to consider a listing price that was fair, but comparable to other homes of similar age, size, neighborhood, etc. I did and wow--was he right. The house sold in less than a day and I'm VERY pleased with the outcome. It worked out perfectly for me and I believe/hope the buyers were pleased, too. Working with Steve two times in the last few months has been a great experience for me. I truly appreciate the way he handles a real estate transaction. He's professional and knowledgeable, but very approachable and is simply a very, very nice person to do business with. Steve makes you feel like you have a new friend you can trust...and I do.
