Mila Johnson did a terrific job getting our house sold! I would highly recommend her! She is knowledgeable, prompt with communication, friendly, professional, and meticulous in going over the paperwork, she even found errors from the buyer’s agent’s paperwork, and made sure they were corrected. She explains things clearly to a layperson regarding the terms, etc. I felt like she represented us well and had our best interests in mind. She has an “it can be done” attitude and excellent work ethic. She worked very hard behind the scenes to work out some issues that came up with the buyer (who we found out later was in the hospital), so that we could still close on time. We appreciate all her efforts and highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed....
