Misty Bills is very attentive to her clients and readily responds. If she does not respond immediately, it is because she needs to research/verify the answer or is with another client.
You will see her experience readily applied in many situations regarding some of the ancellary aspects of home purchasing, whether insurance, inspections, etc... Misty has obviously 'been there and done that'.
Overall, I would rate Misty Bills as above average at her job, even approaching 'very good', at what she does.
But she is still a part of an industry that I consider a glorified 'used car' market which pushes 'white washing' a home (literally and metaphorically) as good as a rebuild. The old "I'll throw in 4 new tires for free!!" ploy. The same tactics, personalities and goals apply. Everyone within the process benefits from the highest selling price, save for US, the buyers.
In summary, you will find Misty Bills to be well informed, attentive and patient (she dealt with me!).
