Jon was wonderful. I am a bit unusual in that I was looking for a property that I could fix up mostly on my own and put my stamp on. However, I also needed the property to be livable while I am fixing it up. So finding that property that was in good enough shape to be lived with and that had not been dressed up by flippers took a lot of patience and research on his part.
