Jon was wonderful. I am a bit unusual in that I was looking for a property that I could fix up mostly on my own and put my stamp on. However, I also needed the property to be livable while I am fixing it up. So finding that property that was in good enough shape to be lived with and that had not been dressed up by flippers took a lot of patience and research on his part. He did wonderfully, and adjusted to what I wanted very well.

It was important for us to have a broker who would listen to what we were looking for and put in the time to help us find our dream home.
Our Agent, Jon Nielsen, was available whenever we needed and he helped explain contracts and stuff in a way we could understand. He helped us with our inspections and pointed out things we wouldn't normally notice. Whenever we had questions, he was very prompt with getting us answers and working with the mortgage company and builders to get answers for us.
He goes above and beyond for his clients and is readily available to help in any way he can. All-in-all, we had an easy, stress-free, experience finding our house.

Our agent researched the neighborhood and advised us on the best sales plan. He frequently updated our listing and watched how the market was behaving to give us the most up-to-date info so we could make informed decisions and update our sales plan. He held open houses every weekend and frequently checked in with agents/potential buyers to try and get us the best offer. He advertised on social media and anywhere else he thought would get our house interest. He truly went above and beyond to get interested buyers to look at the house and put in an offer.
He was an amazing communicator. He answered our questions in ways we understood and was very knowledgeable. He was always prompt when responding.
