Victoria was organized, detail oriented, had strong communication, punctual, respectful. Her follow up and patience with my many questions (to include when I would forget I already asked a question) was amazing. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure to figure it out. She was caring and empathetic to my specific situation. For a first time home buyer, this was scary and the process did not go as planned (we hit many bumps) - she was great at explaining each hurdle. She shared her own experiences and it made some of the set backs a little easier. Everything happens for a reason and I'm in a home that was meant to be. I am grateful to have had Victoria through this experience and appreciate her all she did.
