When I first talked to Kelly instantly I could tell she was going to be great. She took into consideration what I wanted, what I thought I wanted and what I really needed. I had talked to multiple agents prior and they all failed majorly compared to Kelly.
Excuse my language but Kelly kicked ass! I know I'm not the greatest customer. Im picky, opinionated, full of random chaos and more and Kelly handled it all with ease. I'd never met Kelly before and within minutes of our first meeting I felt comfortable with her and it was like we were old friends. She took the time to get to know me and my wife, and in return that knowledge helped her find a great home for us. Kelly has gone out of her way, above and beyond for us. If it hadn't been for her I probably wouldn't have bought a house. The process was more than I'd ever imagined, but of course I'm a first time home buyer and my only knowledge comes from TV shows where everything is simple and buying a house seems like nothing but beer and skittles. Kelly walked me through everything. She listened to me complaining on multiple occasions about my lender, etc and she handled everything. I honestly can't say enough great things about her. Hopefully in 5-7 years or so she will be able to sell me my next property too.
