I’m Carlos Tobias, a REALTOR® with over a decade of real estate experience, beginning my career in Colorado in 2014. Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation in helping clients navigate a wide range of real estate needs, from first-time purchases to investment opportunities, always focusing on clear communication, strong negotiation, and a smooth client experience.
I proudly serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with a strong focus and expertise in the Mid-Cities areas, including Keller, Watauga, North Richland Hills, Hurst, Mansfield, and Fort Worth.
I specialize in helping first-time home buyers, families, relocation clients, Spanish-speaking clients, sellers, and new construction buyers navigate the market with confidence. Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to provide clear communication and personalized service to a diverse range of clients.
Before real estate in Texas, I built a strong professional background in Wells Fargo management, lending, and project management within the concrete overlay industry. That experience strengthened my negotiation skills, attention to detail, and understanding of both financing and construction-related aspects of real estate.
I currently work with the #1 Century 21 office in Texas, which achieved over $9.2 million in total sales in 2025, 2,251 homes sold in 2025, and was recognized as one of the Top 100 Places to Work in DFW. Personally, I have successfully closed over $2M in real estate sales and helped close 25+ transactions throughout my career.
