After a distinguished career in farm and ranch lending, Jay Kidwell has embarked on an exciting new path as a real estate agent. Retiring from Farm Credit in 2018 with nearly 31 years of experience, Jay brought his wealth of knowledge to First Financial Bank, where he served as Executive Vice President and Commercial Lender until retiring as the branch manager of the Cisco Branch in 2023. Now, Jay is utilizing his deep understanding of agricultural and residential properties into his real estate practice. Though new to the role of a realtor, his extensive background in finance and property lending equips him with unique insights and skills that benefit his clients. Jay is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence and ease. Outside of his professional life, Jay enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's fishing, scuba diving, hunting, or golfing. He and his wife Teresa, also a real estate professional, value family time greatly, especially with their 2-year-old granddaughter, and eagerly await the arrival of two more granddaughters this summer.
