Kelly then provided me with a list of paperwork that I would need to provide to her. This was for her to provide to the title company to insure a smooth quick close. Kelly was very quick to respond to any of my questions via phone call, texts or emails. Once the offer came in, Kelly was extremely quick and thorough with sending all paperwork between buyers agent and myself, communicating with me what was happening and what to expect next.
