Had met Jim Henderson previously during my 30 years living in Wimberley, but now feel Jim is a lifetime friend. Look forward to developing our friendship in the years ahead.
Jim has two strong points: first, he is a problem solver who comes up with elegant solutions like shifting surveying responsibility to buyer which ended up saving us stress and money; secondly, I appreciated Jim's approach to marketing the proiperty. He initially spent significant time talking with me and learning the 27 acre property on foot. His experience in identifying building sites, view sheds, and landscape features combined with his ranching experience resulted in an outstanding marketing plan and presentaion. He suggested using an adjacent ranch road to provide a birds-eye view of the property's creek headwaters valley which was instrumental in showings. Jim was honest in evaluating the stronger and lessor points of the property.
