I am not simply checking the "excellent" column on the Century 21 post sale survey out of ease of use or convenience. I genuinely believe Zach performed above and beyond in all aspects regarding the sale of my home. I come from a real estate family, as such my bar is set pretty high. Zach truly blew my expectations out of the water.
My experience was so good that I honestly can't think of something that may have been able to make it better. I believe we got a very fair price for the house to the satisfaction of both the seller and buyer. The buyer's mortgage company was not the easiest to work with, often causing stressful situations, but Zach stayed on top of these situations, clearly communicated them, and reacted to them very quickly. Very happy with the end result of my home sales process and would recommend Zach Adkisson time and time again.
