Ben was very helpful from the beginning! Despite the struggle of me being out of town he always went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer all of my questions!

Ben was amazing- friendly, professional, an excellent communicator, responsive. When I started my house search just through a generic platform or direct to MLS, I "favorited" about a dozen and a half properties, one of which was listed with Century 21 Everest. Out of the 18 or so contacts I initiated, Ben was the single agent who followed up with me. While I didn't end up even looking at the property which was the initial catalyst for contact, I did stick with Ben as my agent of record because he worked to create a partnership with me for the purpose of purchasing a home in Cedar City.
After several phone calls, emails and texts we finally met in person to look at the first property. Ben was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and really went the extra distance (literally) to help me find the perfect house. We didn't end up with that property either. A whirlwind tour of 8 homes in one day resulted in purchase of our new home. Ben was an astute representative and felt like family!...
