From the day we were referred to Jeanette to the day of closing on our new home Jeanette was wonderful to work with. She was prompt with questions and answers and responses. She was always very cordial and considerate of our time and our needs. Even while she was out of town on vacation with her family she was very responsive, took the time to answer questions and to make sure someone in the office was there to help us. We appreciate SherrI and her willingness to immediately meet us for a walk-through late one evening. Our overall experience was excellent with Jeanette and Sheri and team. Jeanette even drove out of her way to visit us in our new home and although we were not here she made sure that everything was well with us.
