We were considering moving from California to Utah when I was browsing homes on the web and selected one I was interested in viewing which triggered a call from Derrick Peatross. We weren't even ready to make a move at that point, yet he spent so much time talking to me about the area and our unique circumstances. He was kind and pleasant from the get go. He continued to stay in touch, and not in a creepy, stalkerish way, you know when sales people don't have boundaries? (I just made myself giggle!) When Derrick checked in on us it always felt like a friend checking in to make sure we were doing well. Not only is he meticulously organized, he is a subject matter expert in his field, kind, has a wonderful sense of humor, and is chalked up in my book as one of the best humans I've ever had the pleasure of meeting which all resulted in TRUST! Derrick is the only person I will ever take my real estate needs to, I know I can always call him for anything related to my home even after closing and he will at least listen and offer wise counsel.
