It all started out when my friend introduced me to his real estate agent, Jason, who then took my wife and I around for our very first house. He found us what we needed for our future steps to get equity to purchase a home in Tooele county. He then sold my parent's property near Heber for them since it never got used. We relied on Jason to sell our house in Midvale and he found us a house in Tooele county that is perfect for us to continue our steps in getting our final home in Tooele County. My wife and I will be asking Jason to see this house we have now in another 5 to 7 years.
Jason was there for my closing. I am ASOCIAL and do not LIKE people. Jason made it so I could be there with another stranger and sign the paperwork. He catered to my wife's wishes of selling our house and having people take off their shoes. He has pretty much bent over backwards for us finding the house we live in now and selling our house we lived in yesterday. The sales result was beyond excellent, but this survey didn't give me a bubble for that.
Jason was a perfect match for my wife and I. My wife is demanding and wants things her way. I make the money so she can get things her way. Jason was patient from the beginning. He met us at any location to tour any house. I have the utmost faith and trust in Jason. When I had to sign at the title company, I turned to Jason and asked if all the paperwork was correct. He said yes, so I signed.
With Jason, we were able to sell our house for a good deposit on the house we live in now that is the one that he himself found for us. We'll be using Jason for the sell of this house and the purchase of our final house.
