Lila did an extraordinary job of keeping track of potential buyers and interested parties so when a contract fell through for some unexpected reason, another buyer was already lined up and waiting as backup buyers. The house took a little long to sell but it was under one or more contracts (including backup buyers) all but the first few days that it was listed.
Lila is a fabulous communicator and focuses on only the important issues. All of the other small tasks that a seller may not understand are managed and progressing all the time in the background under her supervision so we could focus on living instead of having hassles during a very difficult time in our lives.
