My last real estate transaction was in 2001, in which I was represented by a fantastic agent that I was lucky enough to pick based on a friend's recommendation. I had been looking for an agent and contacted many regarding their listings over the past year while completing the mortgage qualification process. Most of these agents acted uninterested, uninformed, or were obviously only in the real estate business on a part-time basis. My experience with Mike Watts was not only as great as the 2001 transaction, but far superior in all aspects. I never thought I would learn as much as I did.
